This video will probably be largely ignored and misunderstood, but either way I hope that each of you who sees this video response, sees and hears these words like you are seeing them for the first time. As an anonymous person having been through a similar situation and having no webcam of my own all I can offer is this video. What I have learned is that words and deeds can either help and heal or hurt and trumatize. This is a universal fact. It has been that way for as long as mankind has been around, and that has been for a very long time...centuries. We are a very tribal lot. As a result of this incident with the young women and the video in question, many people are asking themselves either inwardly or outwardly, "What is this world coming to?" We really need to take a good, long, hard look at that question and, painfully realize the great need for the compassion and forgiveness we need to have for ourselves and each other in order to stop the madness, atrocities, and dis-service we do to ourselves and each other. The opportunities afforded by the advent of Myspace, Youtube, the internet as a whole can either serve as a healing and unifying community, unifying us as one humanity and species, or it can tear down the whole infrastructure of the human race. These are the choices we make everyday with those on the internet and those in our immediate vicinity away from the computer. As far as the video I'm posting goes, and for explantitory purposes, the man in the video is J. Krisnamurti. He is unfortunately, little known by the world at large, but he has been called a sage of our time by the many people that have encountered him and heard him speak. However the name and the man is not as important as the message this person is conveying. In my opinion, it greatly needs to be taken to heart and practiced, so incidents like this can occur less and less and until they can occur no more. With love; "O"
